Waypoint Residential Management was started to facilitate this new emerging market of renters and we have carefully designed our brand, our management strategies and our team of professionals to achieve our mission of making the leasing process as seamless and worry-free as possible.

  • Shannyn Flory - Owner

    Waypoint Residential Manangement is the creation of Shannyn Flory whose vast experience in the real estate industry began in 1992 and has encompassed the areas of title and escrow, home loans, residential home appraising and residential property sales.  She began a property management business in 1995, initially to manage her own investments, and grew it to include single family homes, plexes, apartments and some offices.  In 2003 she launched a book and companion website, The Complete Landlord E-guide, an electronically formatted How-To guide to property management.  She also worked in partnership with as a Landlord coach and consulted with local property managers on how to set up their business operations and accounting.

    The sophisticated brand strategy for Waypoint Residential Management was developed by Shannyn in 2009 after many successful years in real estate sales.  The need for a new type of property management servicing became hard to ignore as more and more people were forced into the world of leasing. Shannyn’s most recent focus is on the unique challenges of the current real estate market and in partnering with the real estate sales community to provide high quality referrals and interim leasing solutions in a newly emerging housing market.
