• Advocate your sales expertise and availabilty whenever possible to help maintain your long-term relationship with your client;
• Work with you and your clients as a consultant on negotiating lease terms and/or to offer temporary property management services as part of a lease-purchase contract;
• Notify you (as desired) of investment properties coming available for purchase that may be of interest to your investor clients.
